A ACAI tem como objetivo garantir total abertura e transpar\u00eancia do mercado imobili\u00e1rio comercial, tornando-o cada vez mais profissional e adotando as melhores pr\u00e1ticas internacionais, com o objetivo de tornar o mercado portugu\u00eas atrativo e acess\u00edvel para todos os \u201cplayers\u201d internacionais, sendo investidores, promotores, institui\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras ou ocupantes.<\/p>\n
\u00c9 neste \u00e2mbito que, entre outras iniciativas, promoveu o LPI \u2013 Lisbon Prime Index, um \u00edndice que recolhe e disponibiliza os principais dados dispon\u00edveis para o mercado de escrit\u00f3rios e que est\u00e3o na origem dos mais diversos estudos de mercado.<\/p>\n
Esta base comum das Associadas garante a miss\u00e3o da ACAI, no sentido de procurar promover a\u00e7\u00f5es junto dos diversos representantes de entidades p\u00fablicas como Munic\u00edpios, Governo e Assembleia da Rep\u00fablica, procurando juntamente com outras associa\u00e7\u00f5es representativas do mercado imobili\u00e1rio, uma interven\u00e7\u00e3o no sentido de fazer evoluir este relevante setor, que captou em m\u00e9dia cerca de 3.000 milh\u00f5es de Euros de investimento anual, nos \u00faltimos 4 anos.<\/p>\n

Prime, CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield, JLL, Savills e Worx s\u00e3o respons\u00e1veis por cerca de 95% dos neg\u00f3cios imobili\u00e1rios envolvendo a propriedade comercial, atrav\u00e9s da sua presta\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o, consultoria e\/ou media\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n
Em conjunto, nos \u00faltimos 5 anos, estas empresas foram respons\u00e1veis por avaliar mais de 118 milh\u00f5es de m2 de ativos imobili\u00e1rios; colocado 660.000m2 de \u00e1rea de espa\u00e7os comerciais, 900.000m2 de escrit\u00f3rios e 700.000m2 de \u00e1rea log\u00edstica e industrial, em Portugal.<\/p>\n
